Gary, yes I do know of some that are getting good results. A man north of me uses hho on his 32 ft. Ford V10 motor home. He went from 9mpg to 12mpg and at times it is better. My future son inlaw went from 40 to 65mpg on his 96 Saturn. The last time I was in Tn. I was at a Firestone store and just by chance a guy there saw my hho cell in my vans back window. Well to make it short he had a 95 GMC van with a 350V8. He just moved from Mi. to TN. and he just gave me the biggest grin and said he was getting 64mpg on the highway. I about crapped my pants. I don't know anymore than that about him. We really didn't have time to talk. But I do know when I do move back to Tn. I will sell my 2001 Ford and buy a good used van older than a 96. That way I won't have to fool around with the computer. I could buy a older one here in Mi. but it would be eaten up with rust.
I don't know what kind of vehicle you have but some guys that have a newer vehicle than a 96 and a V8 have gotten good mpg increase buy just blocking of half of their air intake. I know one guy that has a 2003 Chevy pickup with a 350 V8. He blocked off half his air intake and went from 17 to 24mpg highway. Yes he did lose some horse power but when he has to pull a load he just unblocks his air intake. When you do this the o2 sensors work for you. When there is less oxygen detected the o2 sensors sends a signal to the computer to lean it down.
I tried this on my van but it did not work because I need all the horse power I can get from the V6 to move it I guess.
When I first started this hho a little over a year ago certain members of family told me it won't work. Then I said, Oh, your tried it all ready and they said NO! Then you the expert can't tell me anything as to why not it does not work and my stuburn streak got bigger going up my back :)

Hi Gary, Well I don't live in Tn. any more as of now but I do plan on moving back. You can read my comments as to what I have set up in my van. I have just removed my cell from the van for the winter months. I can keep the water from freezing but the hho out put is reduced a bunch. So this winter I will just use a vaporizer with water and acetone. I have kind of dragged my feet on making a different style (shape) fuel heater. The fuel heater that I did make I was not aware at that time where I was going to splice it in, I just made it. Anyway I am just hoping to raise the fuel temperature up to about 180* before it reaches the injectors.

Just me again. In the picture of my dry cell those are cooling coils made from 1/4" copper tubing but since then they have been replace with SS tubing. The copper was just a test.
At 15amps it will make a little over 1 lpm. I can increase the amps to make more hho but I get better mpg using less amps and less hho.

Hello to you all. I just joined your group. I live in Michigan now to take care of my mother. When the time comes I will be moving back to Tn. (Gallatin)
My daughter still lives in Tn. and it will be good to be close to her again.
I have been playing with HHO for a little over a year now and have use the Mason jar wet cells and PVC pipe, with wire and plates. Then I went to a dry cell, with 25 5x6 plates. I bought the dry cell on eBay and it had 21 plates at first. I modified the cell several times by taking out plates and adding plates and for me the 25 plate cell seems to work the best. It has 2 pos. plates and 3 neg. plates with 4 neutral plates between each + & - plate. -nnnn+nnnn-nnnn+nnnn-nnnn+
I have a 2001 Ford Windstar with a 3.8 V6. My base line mpg was 18 to 19 highway and is now 26 to 27 mpg. highway. That's a 30% increase. I have extenders on my o2 sensors. these are just spark plug non foulers that you can buy at a auto supply, $5. I also use a MAF enhancer which works better than my efie for me. I just got back from Tn. and it was nice to pass the gas stations. I did make a fuel heater from copper pipe but I still need to install. I will have to splice it into my heater hose and also the fuel line if I can find it.

Maybe my next project is to build a hydrogen only cell this winter.

We do not have a MAP bypass. We got our O2 extenders from California over a year ago after the foil try. We do not seem to have any excess heat problems. We are so novice so we haven't done anything different for the past year. We do have problems with the steel wire breaking though when it gets cold out. Got to go. Good luck.

Welcome to our group. I don't get on here much. We have the quart jar on my Suzuki vitara and 1986 4 runner for over a year now. We get 7 more MPG on my suzuki car now. My husband gets 4 on his 4runner . There are a lot on the site with great improved models and ideas.
